U of M Strangely Uninterested in Appearance by Leftist Writer Who Believes Jews are Reptilian Space Aliens

I blame the Reptilian space alien control over America’s academic institutions for this sordid act of censorship.

Alice Walker is upset that her appearance was canceled because the donors that were supposed to be funding it showed a keen disinterest in having a woman who believes her enemies are a race of evil interstellar villains put in her appearance.
In Case You’ve Ever Wondered How It Is Done: Censorship by Purse String An Invitation to speak at the 50th Anniversary for the Center for Education of Women at the University of Michigan has been withdrawn
I’m saddened to write this because I’m a proponent of free speech and have been brought up to allow everyone to have their say. But I also realize that there are other considerations that institutions are faced with. This afternoon I was contacted by the University of Michigan instructing me to withdraw their invitation due to the removal of funding from the donors, because of their interpretation of Ms. Walker’s comments regarding Israel. They are not willing to fund this program and the university/Women’s center do not have the resources to finance this on their own.
What sort of comment misinterpretation could have led to this unfortunate series of events?
Alice Walker seems to think that the Jewish people are all an extension of her “evil” ex-husband.

A meeting she describes with an elderly Palestinian woman in the territories is telling about the impetus behind Walker’s hostile attitude towards Jews and Israelis. The woman, upon accepting a gift from Walker, says “May God protect you from the Jews” to which Walker responds, “It’s too late, I already married one.”
Lots of ways to misinterpret that so it isn’t a crazy level of petty racism.
Walker, the ADL statement went on, “suggests that Israeli settlements are motivated by the concept that ‘possession is nine-tenths of the law,’ which she claims is a lesson she ‘learned from my Jewish lawyer former husband. This belief might even be enshrined in the Torah.’”

Not a lot of ways to misinterpret that really. But it gets much better. And by that, I mean it gets much worse because Alice Walker is a David Icke fan and believes the planet is controlled by lizards from outer space disguised as humans.
Earlier I wrote that David Icke reminded me of Malcolm X. I was thinking especially of Malcolm’s fearlessness. A fearlessness that made him seem cold, actually, though we know he wasn’t really. All that love of us that kept driving him to improve our lot; often into quite the wrong direction, but I need not go into that. What I was remembering was how he called our oppressors “blue eyed devils.” Now who could that have been? Well, we see them here in David Icke’s book as the descendants of the reptilian race that landed on our sweet planet…
They wanted gold and they wanted slaves to mine it for them. Now gosh, who does this remind us of? I only am asking. You do the work.
Gosh. I want to suggest that a portion of the planet is really not human in the most literal sense possible. But I’m not going to specify because there’s only so much crazy racism that even my closest supporters will take.
But who could possibly be these secret reptilian aliens ruling the world and controlling it?
David Icke is a believer in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. He treats it as an historical document of the vast reptilian conspiracy. Icke has written, “The Zionists want to control the world, their karma is to fail and destroy themselves.”
That’s the man Walker considers a guide into the realms of alien conspiracies. Rather a shame she wasn’t invited.
I’m sure the Center for Education of Women at the University of Michigan would have greatly benefited from an examination of the Jewish Lizard Conspiracy to Ruin Alice Walker’s Marriage.
