Israel and Saudis Lose Trust in Obama

Steven Shamrak

No deal with Iran yet,
Israel's most painful lesson from the two-day Geneva conference on Iran's nuclear program is that the man who guaranteed to defend Israel's security, President Barack Obama, is now marching hand in hand with Tehran towards a nuclear-armed Iran... At any moment, Tehran may decide to assemble those components and produce a bomb and has the capacity to do so before the US or Israel catch on to what is happening...
Some time ago, the Saudis took what they saw as appropriate preemptive action. On Jan. 1, 2013 , Crown Prince Salman, deputy premier and defense minister, traveled to Islamabad and commissioned Pakistan to build nuclear weapons for a multibillion fee. Those weapons were assembled in Pakistan and held ready for transfer to Saudi Arabia at a moment's notice.

Last week, former Israeli Military Intelligence (AMAN) chief Amos Yadlin told a conference in Sweden that if Iran got the bomb, "the Saudis will not wait one month. They have already paid for the bomb and will go to Pakistan and bring back what they need"...
Netanyahu buries the possibility of a peaceful final accord for dismantling Iran's nuclear program once and for all. " Israel is not obliged by this agreement and will do everything it needs to do to defend self and provide the security of its people," he said.
His words carried two messages:
1. Israel has abandoned its trust in Barack Obama ever complying with his pledge to its security and will henceforth act on its own.
2. Israel's only remaining course now is to exercise its military option against Iran's nuclear capability - whether openly or covertly.
For five years, Binyamin Netanyahu has repeatedly warned the world that Israel was ready for military action to preempt a nuclear-armed Iran!
They, including US Secretary of State John Kerry, had rushed to Geneva in fear of missing a 'historic' photo opportunity. At the end, it was French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius who amazed his American and European colleagues and Iran when he stuck to its guns to the last , insisting that Iran's Arak heavy water plant must not come online and that Tehran dispose of its 20-percent enriched uranium stock. (Most likely, it was not because of love for Israel, but to please Saudis!)
US nuclear deal stipulates Iran would continue enrichment to 3.5% purity, if it agrees to limit (not even destroy) centrifuges. US would ease sanctions in return.
In response to Iran's alleged military nuclear program, Saudi Arabia may have already paid for a number of nuclear weapons that are ready and waiting in Pakistan.
Food for Thought by Steven Shamrak
After 20 years of fighting, World War III, in which several countries were involved, is over in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) - Military group M23, one of many, surrendered! It estimated that more than 5 million people were killed and over 2.5 million displaced. How often did you hear about this humanitarian disaster from 'humanitarians' like members of the press, NGOs or politicians?

Is US an Islamic Country?

Mohamed Elibiary, a member of the Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council, is under fire for tweeting "America and yes I do consider the United States of America an Islamic country with an Islamically compliant constitution." According to the Free Beacon, Elibiary has served on the department's "Countering Violent Extremism Working Group," as well as its "Faith-based Security and Communications Advisory Committee." He is also a strong supporter of the Muslim Brotherhood. (Questions about Obama's hidden agenda of Islamization of the United States were hastily dismissed before. At the time when Islamists are advising the US on its national security, it is time to ask them again!)
Jews are Discriminated Against in their own Country
An Israeli parliamentary committee held a heated debate on whether to begin allowing Jews to pray in the Temple Mount . The Israeli deputy religious affairs minister, Eli Ben-Dahan of the Jewish Home party, said his ministry was seeking legal ways to enable Jews to pray at the site, which is administered by Islamic authorities. But there was no outcome of the Knesset internal affairs committee's hearing, which was repeatedly disrupted by Arab MPs who were eventually ejected from the room.
Kerry Incites Third Intifada
US Secretary of State John Kerry sounded a threatening tone in a TV interview and warned of "chaos" and a "third intifada" if Israel 's "peace talks" with the PA fail. (Some much for impartial 'broker'!)
Turkish and Iranian Foreign Ministers Ahmet Davutoglu and Javad Zarif signed a secret pact in Ankara covering intelligence cooperation between their two countries. Although a member of NATO, Turkey undertook under this accord to stop cooperating with third countries in spying on Iran and to roll up anti-Iranian spy rings operating from its soil.

US Spies on Israel, but won't Forgive Pollard

Israel has been the target of spying by the United States National Security Agency. According to the documents, the NSA tracked high priority Israeli military targets, including drones and the Black Sparrow missile system. Jonathan Pollard is about to begin his 29th year in American prison. The report that the NSA listened in on Israeli military targets raises hope among the campaign for release of Israeli spy. 'The report increased the familys expectation that the serious considerations in favo ur of his release will now receive renewed attention . (Maybe Israel should do what the Soviet Union used to do - arrest American spies and trade them for Pollard.)

Rare Admission that Israel is Right

After US State Secretary Kerry, in response to the Israeli demand for more pressure, said "we will not succumb to those fear tactics and forces that suggest otherwise," US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said he believes it was the harsh sanctions levelled against Iran combined with Israeli pressure which led Tehran to the negotiation table with the West. Regarding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Hagel said that "he is legitimately concerned, as any prime minister of Israel has been, about the future security needs of their country." (This is another example of dysfunctional ME policy of Obama administration!)
Moscow Playing Both Sides
Shortly before US Secretary of State John Kerry landed in Jerusalem on Tuesday night, Nov. 5, the Russian president's office announced a short working visit to Moscow by Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu would take place on Nov. 20 for talks with President Vladimir Putin. (Interesting - Israel just recently destroyed Russian rockets in Syria ; Russia has built a nuclear reactor in Iran, and is selling arms to Egypt and Arab countries.)

Fatah leader Abbas Zaki mocked Israel for releasing murderers who were serving life sentences: "We say to Israel : Die in your rage. Go to your cemeteries and recite over your dead whatever you recite". Prisoners who Israel said "have blood on their hands" - "here they are (back) among their own people: fighters, knights, free men!" (Israel does not have a peace partner, only enemies who are determined to destroy the Jewish state. The Israeli government must realise it and take appropriate action in order to free all Jewish land from Arab occupation!)
Negotiations not Forever
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told his Iranian counterpart that the nuclear negotiations could not go on forever. "It is necessary for Iran to respond in a concrete and verifiable manner to the concerns of the international community and... the time for negotiations is not unlimited," Fabius told Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif during a meeting in Paris. (Even the French have realised the danger of the Iranian nuclear program. What about Obama?)
Avigdor Lieberman's was unanimously acquitted by a Jerusalem court on charges of fraud and breach of trust. Lieberman has been the subject of legal investigation for over 17 years. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's instantaneously welcomeed his ally's return to government. An invitation for Lieberman to join Netanyahu would be significant in terms of Israel's foreign policy posture and internal political balance. (Quite routinely, the Labor party uses the left-infested Israeli judiciary to persecute political foes. The same tactic was used against Sharon to persuade him to make concessions during negotiations with the PA.)
US Secretary of State John Kerry confirmed after meetings with Palestinian Arab representatives in Bethlehem that the US stance on Jewish life in Judea and Samaria is condemnation. "We consider now, and have always considered (what a bull) , the settlements to be illegitimate," Kerry said. Many Israelis have long suspected the Obama administration of sympathizing with the PA position, and concerns were raised at the very start of the latest round of talks over the controversial appointment of Martin Indyk as mediator in the talks. (Must a country change it national sovereignty position each time the US surrenders to Arab pressure? Who is he to tell Jews where our national homeland is?)
Quotes of the Week:
"Israel, I think, now faces the fateful decision whether it will allow Iran to get nuclear weapons, thus constituting a true existential threat to Israel... I dont think Israel has much time. Frankly, they should have done this (strike Iran , as the Israelis have done twice before against nuclear programs in the hands of hostile states) years ago... If there is anybody left in Israel who thinks that the US will use military force against Iran' s program, they really need to seriously re-examine their basic values (self-determination). It isn't going to happen under the Obama administration. I'll just say it again. It isnt going to happen." - former UN Ambassador John Bolton, in a radio interview
Kosher vs. Halal Brutality
Australia and other Western countries sell livestock to Muslim countries in spite of well-documented cruelties they endure during transportation by sea and inhumane treatment by Muslim butchers.
- Kosher - requires the animal be slaughtered quickly and humanely, strictly forbidding cruel slow methods like strangulation.
- Halal - requires the animal be bled out in agony while sick people who get off watching that kind of thing have a "festival."
- Kosher - requires the blood be drained cleanly from the carcass of the humanely killed animal, removing toxins released from cells into the bloodstream at the moment of death from the meat.
- Halal - leaves the meat filled with toxins released at the moment of death because the blood is removed while the animal is dying and therefore is not present in sufficient quantities to remove those last toxins.
- Kosher - contains little to no cortisol or norepinephrine (two stress chemicals that are similar enough from mammal to mammal to cross species) because the animal to be killed is treated well before it is put down and is generally not frightened as it is put down (because in a truly kosher slaughter situation, animals cannot be slaughtered in a sequential fashion, as the waste of one could contaminate the next, so they are not exposed to the "scent of death" the way non-kosher culls are)
- Halal - animals watch other animals die during the blood-letting festival, smelling their fear and raising their own stress. These stress chemicals "marinate" the meat in hormones known to raise levels of aggression and violence in nearly all mammal species (including human).
- Kosher - requires cooking the cleanly drained meat completely, cooking any remaining stress chemicals into oblivion.
- Halal - allows for a surprising range of cooking methods, including even some "tartare" dishes (raw or nearly raw), allowing for the spread of disease and chemicals and hormones that were not removed by the idiotic slow bloodletting practice and half-measure cooking.
- Kosher - the spinal cord is sectioned thus cutting off pain to the brain. Therefore, no suffering or terror.
- Halal - spinal cord left intact.
